What's a Mirror Message?

A Mirror Message is a short, personalised reflection sent to you and written in response to what you share. It doesn’t give advice or tell you what to do.
It reflects your own words, emotions, and inner wisdom back to you, with care and without judgement. Often, that moment of being met without judgement is enough for clarity to return. Think of it as hearing your own voice, reflected back with kindness.
